No. Ido is an online platform that can be used by companies and auonomists and their customers, for orders via Whatsapp and social networks, for Delivery or Withdrawal (Takeaway) or on-site orders (electronic waiter).
Do you do the delivery logistics?
No. The idea at this point is to support the receipt of orders, making them more organized and freeing up operation time so that you can take care of the rest of the process. One suggestion that we see some customers implementing is to reinforce the option of pick up on the spot!
What types of businesses is the solution suitable for?
Any establishment, autonomous and a consolidated company, that offers products and / or services. It can be a restaurant or trailer, beauty salon, home-made savory production, mechanic and much more.
Can only Ido customers use it?
Actually Ido is a platform that will be behind the establishment. We offer all online sales support, with its own website for sales, online or offline payments, and mainly, a whole marketing structure for marter and win new customers.
Is Ido integrated with the ordering system?
We have our own receipts manager, order confirmation, BI analysis and all the management control your company needs to analyze sales, profitability, best-selling products, inventory control, among other functions.
Can orders be customized?
Yes. The customer can choose products and request changes to the order, include additional ones. Any other important note can still be inserted in the observations field.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our platform is complete, and accepts all types of payments. The company can choose to receive payments online through our platform, or charge directly for product delivery.
If I register, will I start receiving orders?
No. You will only receive orders when you disclose the link on your menu to your customers. A nice tip is to send your link via WhatsApp and share on social networks, such as Facebook and Instagram.
Who is responsible for the disclosure?
